Our story

Salvatore & Manon

The story of “La Trinacria” restaurant begins in Sicily, and more precisely in Palermo, the hometown of chef Salvatore Ingrassia.

It was his passion for cooking that led him to export his gastronomic culture and the culinary treasures of his native island.

Manon, his wife, supported him in this adventure, and it was only natural that the couple decided to open the doors of their restaurant in Valbonne, on the French Riviera.
